Motility, Viability, Spermatozoa Abnormality, and pH of Bali Cattle Semen in Another-Yellow Water Driller Stored in a Different Time

This study aims to determine the quality of Bali cattle spermatozoa diluted using sugarcane juice-egg yolk. research was carried out in stables and Laboratory Faculty Agriculture, University Timor August-September 2020. Semen collected from an adult male bali cattle, aged ± 4.5 years healthy condition. The method used this is experimental a completely randomized design consisting 4 treatments 5 replications. Each treatment T1: 0.075 ml semen + 0.3 egg yolk juice diluent stored for 24 hours, T2: cane 48 T3: 72 T4: 0 ,3 96 hours. variables measured were individual motility, viability, abnormalities, pH. results showed that T4 on shelf life hours still good average value with motility values 45%, viability 77.3%, abnormalities 12.5% pH 6.6. It can be concluded use has positive impact because it able maintain hours.
